For New Blog Its Very Difficult to get Organic Visit. Because when a new blogger Launches a new blog,it is not at all easy to implement OnPage Optimization due to lack of Knowledge until and unless he knows OnPage SEO.

Another Problem is that It will take time to get indexed on Google. So to generate Traffic, you should start with direct traffic sources-- like Guest Posting on Top Blogs, Sharing new post on Social Media Sites (Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter, StumbleUpon etc etc).
