While researching on Internet, I got a topic, Do Kontera ads suck Google Adsense revenue?, this question is carried forward from last few years but correct solution is yet to come. Are you getting handsome revenue from Google Adsense but getting few bucks from Kontera. I have seen many people complaining about low Kontera revenue. Kontera is textual based advertising network which offers very less revenue in comparison to Google Adsense. Google Adsense revenue offers conceptual and interest based image and text ads and offers much high revenue in comparison to Kontera ads.
If you a new blogger then your first target is to implement both Google Adsense and Kontera ad codes in your website/blog. You can easily implement both codes without any conflict. Google Adsense does not have any conflict with Kontera Ads. If you are using Kontera and Google Adsense on same website and any visitor comes to your website/blog and clicks on Kontera ads in spite of clicking on Google Adsense ads then that visitor is redirected to the Kontera advertiser page.
It is Kontera advertising network which pays you for that click. In case Kontera ads are not implemented on that page then there are chances that visitor may click on the Google Adsense ads. Getting click from Google Adsense ad in comparison to Kontera ad pay you better revenue. Getting CPC percent from Google Adsense ads is many times higher than Kontera ads.
Kontera sucks Google Adsense
I read some Kontera sucking stories on Internet, according to which bloggers are earning samples like Google Adsense revenue of $ 930, Clicksor $ 120, Affiliate $ 130 and Kontera $ 40 per month. If I see my past 2 years experience with blogging then I found some interesting facts, after removing Kontera from blog/ Website I found certain Increment in my Google Adsense income. The increment which I seen in my Google Adsense account is 5-8% more than, previous collection of Adsense and Kontera revenue. The average number of posts which I have written in both months with and without Kontera is same but increment is of 5-8%.
We know one thing that revenue obtained from blogging is not fixed and it keeps on changing every month. Those who are in blogging know this fact that revenue obtained from blogging is not constant and due to this problem, people going away from full time blogging. So, There may be chances that my experience with and without Kontera may be due to variant revenue.
Those who are getting handsome income from Google Adsense, do not need to put the Kontera ads on the same website/Blog. While on the other hand, Bloggers with small Google Adsense need to link both Google Adsense and Kontera ads. This is my personal advice and those who agree can follow the tips else you can share your own experience as a comment or response below.
I have one more interesting tip for you, according to which you can place your Google Adsense ads away from Kontera ads. Do not place Google Adsense ads besides Kontera ads. I tried some experiments while playing with Google Adsense ads and finally explore some powerful earning after changing my Google Adsense ads placement with respect to Kontera ads. Your placement should be such that if any visitor willing to click on any ad then it should be Google Adsense ad and not Kontera ad. I hope that these tips will help you to know why Kontera ads are not recommended with Google Adsense ads. Moreover, you can know Google Adsense ad placement via to Kontera ads.

Since Kontera ads are displayed in a completely different area of a webpage from AdSense, in-content, as opposed to banners at the margins,they're automatically spaced at a sufficient distance from AdSense, and using both together will only add to your overall revenue.
Regarding your findings when you tried taking Kontera down from your site, as you noted there are other factors in play. Usually when we've investigated these issues for publishers, we've found the revenue change has more to do with season changes on the advertiser end, as opposed to any conflict with other ad networks.

ReplyDeleteI am happy to see you here. I am expecting same response from you. I know whenever any Kontera update take place, you stands at first place. I am saying openly that he is the one whom helped in getting my first Kontera Payment.
As far as Kontera is concerned then I am explaining what I have experienced and Thanks for lighten Kontera ad placement. I was thinking that Bots placed ads on keywords but you mentioned that regular distance is maintained between Adsense and other affiliate network, that means Kontera too worried of distance with Google Adsense and other network.
May be advertisers can be a reason but I too have a strong point. It is like a coin with two faces.
I had tried Kontera when i was using Free hosting for blogging !! :P
