First visit your blogger dashboard

Then go to Design page then go to Edit HTML > Expand widget template

Then search below code using Ctrl + F

You will get above code like two codes.

Now replace the above two codes with your text.

Now save your template.

Visit your blog post page now you will finding your comment replacing text.
